Anyhow, here's - the dope as I get it: - . r-M&ms A movement is supposed to be on foot, backed by Hearst interests,' to establish what is to be known as The East Coast Examiner, a. daily newspaper operating between the :>^w'£S»il9?«WW -r ym Palm Beaches and Miami. It is reported that the headquarters ' spswS will be "here in Lake ?/orth, and that a Mr. Elwell is now here laying the groundwork for the organization. It so happens that there is a Mr. Elwell here, and he came recently from Miami wmmm? where he was supposed to have been connected' with the deceased Tribune. He has rented a house on P street. I have not seen'him or tWked with him, but if I get a chance I will contact him. v ** *v This is confidential: I got my, information from the ^ .- v>- JjfEp secretary of the chamber of commerce who told me "he got it from H. G. Basford, local real estate dealer, who has been in " - business here for many years. Basford1 s information to the chamber secretary is suoposed to be sub rosa. Perhaps you al- . .
